The Ki-Low-Na Friendship Society currently operates i spa-us ki-low-na Heart of Kelowna, an 86-unit affordable housing project at the Central Green site. We are also in the process of developing additional affordable housing in the Black Mountain neighbourhood of Kelowna. Apply for Housing:
- To apply for housing at i spa-us ki-low-na, download our Housing Application (580 KB PDF) and print it out (this is not a fillable PDF).
- To apply for housing at Margaret’s Landing, you must apply through the BC Housing Registry.
- Pick-up an application in-person at our main offices or the housing office.
- Complete the application, and submit it with required documentation.
PLEASE NOTE: Incomplete applications will not be considered.
